  • Ground garlic, oregano, paprika, pepper, salt
  • Olive oil
  • One lemon
  • Two potatoes

Steps

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them in the bottom of a frying pan. Cook at 190 degrees for 5 minutes, sprinkling with olive oil and salt.
  2. Stir the potatoes so that they are cooked on the other side and place on them the pieces of chicken you have chosen, lettuce, thighs, thighs against thighs…
  3. In a bowl add salt, half a teaspoon of garlic, half a teaspoon of oregano, half a teaspoon of paprika, pepper and a dash of olive oil. Paint the chicken with this mixture using a kitchen brush. Wash the lemon well and cut it into four pieces, place them between the chicken. Now cook for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
  4. Open the fryer and turn the chicken pieces over to cook on the other side. Re-heat the fryer for 15 minutes at 190 degrees and the chicken is ready to eat. Cooking times are approximate, if you choose larger pieces you will need a little more time.
